Your Flarelight

See your health over time.

Your Flarelight turns the information you record into a simple visual picture of your health history.

Built from lived experience.

When I was diagnosed with MCTD and lupus at 27, I felt completely lost trying to understand what was happening to my body.

I was constantly trying to work out my most common symptoms, what might be affecting how I felt, and how things were changing over time. I tried different ways of keeping track, but nothing quite worked for me. Then I'd get to an appointment and struggle to remember what had happened over the previous six months.

So I decided to build what I couldn't find.

Flarelight is being built by someone who lives with a chronic and invisible condition, shaped by feedback from people who do too.

Since my diagnosis, I've found an incredible community of people living with lupus and other chronic conditions. Again and again, I've heard people describe feeling overlooked or misunderstood, particularly when so much of what we experience can't be seen.

That's what I want Flarelight to help with: making it easier to keep a record of your experiences, see your health over time and feel better prepared to communicate what's been happening when it matters.
